Meet Jeffrey Grant

 

A native to Austin, Jeffrey has had the opportunity the witness the city's tremendous growth and change firsthand. Introduced to real estate at a young age by both his grandfathers, he has been involved in the local real estate market most of his life, beginning in 2007 with a custom home and pool builder where he led the construction of luxury properties in the Bee Cave and Lakeway areas. He moved on to work with Kemp Properties on various projects, including the renovation of the historic Starr Building on 6th Street in downtown Austin. In 2011, Jeffrey took on the position of Director of Marketing with The Stone Group, a national corporate real estate firm based out of Austin. The position provided him invaluable experience in research analytics, portfolio management, commercial development, and more.

 

In 2013, along with his co-founder, Steven Edwards, Jeffrey launched the SR Group to better assist clients across all property types. Headquartered in central Austin, the SR Group is an integrity-driven and highly awarded collective of real estate professionals that expertly serve as advisor and city concierge to an ever-growing number of Texas families.

 

Jeffrey’s passion for selling real estate is evident throughout his business. His intimate knowledge of Austin and its various submarkets earns him extraordinary trust with his relocating clients and instills confidence in referring agents from around the globe. His attention to detail and established vendor relationships help him to maximize returns for investors. He is both forward-thinking and creative in his marketing and emphasizes video content. He understands that the expansive online presence he has grown over the years affords him the opportunity to not only present homes in their best light but to bring enthusiastic buyers through the door. While finding a dream home or selling a property is rewarding, it is establishing life-long relationships with his clients that is most important to him. He also appreciates discretion. Many luxury properties and lake estates trade privately and Jeffrey is able to leverage his extensive network to negotiate transactions for clients involving properties not offered on the open market.

 

Jeffrey is dedicated to serving the Austin and Central Texas community both philanthropically and professionally. He regularly volunteers with various area charities and he served for two (2) years as the Marketing Chair for the Austin Young Real Estate Professionals. He is a Founding Partner & Advisory Board Member with Austin Venture Association which helps to organize the local greater venture community of venture capitalists, accelerators, angels, family offices, and other accredited investors.

 

In addition to spending time on Lake Austin and Lake Travis with his wife, Peyton, and son, Charlie, Jeffrey enjoys golfing, snow skiing, traveling, stand-up comedy, working out, spending time with family, and soaking in Austin's vibrant music scene.
